Behavioral patterns of companies and the transformation potential of future and innovation scenarios

The project, in cooperation with an OEM, aims to explore the significance of shaped behavioural patterns of companies with regard to the successful transformation potential in different future and innovation scenarios. Special importance is attached to so-called tipping points of a system and the prevailing organisational mindset. Questions to be answered within the project include:

  • How do companies deal with tipping points?
  • What does it take to break down organisational structures?
  • What are the implications of the findings for the methods and strategies of strategic foresight?
