Recognition of study abroad credits

It is possible to receive credit for work performed abroad at the Chair of Innovation and Technology Management (iTM).

For this purpose, it is best to contact us and have a recognition agreement signed before taking the course in question. This guarantees that the course can be recognized afterwards.

In order to be able to assess the equivalence of the course both in terms of the content taught and the amount of work to be done, we ask you to check the following information and provide evidence:

-  Description of the course (if possible in English)

-  How many ECTS does the course earn and how much time does it require? (At KIT, 1 ECTS means 25-30 time hours).

-  Type and scope of the certificate of achievement (presentation, seminar paper, scope of the paper...)

Please send the request by e-mail to Mrs. Brunner (marina.brunner∂kit.eduin cc please: IL-Secretariat-Weissenberger-Eibl∂isi.fraunhofer.de). Please fill in the forms completely (proposal what the course should be credited as, examiner: Univ.-Prof. Dr. Weissenberger-Eibl, Marion, EnTechnon, with or without grade, if no grade is given abroad).

After positive examination and signature by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Weissenberger-Eibl, you will receive the form back by e-mail as a scan. If you provide us with your address, we will also be happy to send you the form by mail.

After successful participation in the course and after receiving your grade, you can send us a completed recognition form and the certificate of achievement.

If you have any questions, please contact Marina Brunner.
