Objectives:

Based on the realisation that knowledge is the foundation for innovation, the working group "Networked Knowledge" focuses particularly on answering practical questions from the areas of knowledge and innovation management. Based on this, the aim of the working group meetings is to jointly contribute to the successful mastering of current challenges of the participating companies.


Procedure:

In the workshops of the working group "Networked Knowledge", findings and experiences from the practice of different companies as well as from scientific research are exchanged and discussed in an application-oriented manner. The focus is on four main topics, for each of which a one-day workshop is held at one of the participating companies. The main topics are:
- Using ideas
- Overcoming barriers to innovation
- Applying experiential knowledge
- Making use of Enterprise 2.0


The results of each workshop are prepared for further use by the participants. In a final session, the results of the four workshops will be summarised and discussed.
Duration:
The working group "Networked Knowledge" will be conducted in the period from 07/2014 to 03/2015.
