As early as 2015, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria, as a central player in the region, conducted a dialog process entitled "Oberbayern 2030+" and has since been organizing so-called "IHK Talks" on various future topics. The dialog process is to be continued in this tradition. With the participation of internal and external stakeholders, various strategic topics such as mobility, digitization, and work and education are to be discussed and scenarios for the "location of the future" developed in order to derive fields of action and lighthouse projects. The dialog process "Oberbayern 2030+" is accompanied by the chair in terms of content, process and methodology.
