Objective:

The project "Age-differentiated work systems - integration into Linde Material Handling Management" aims to develop a sustainable system to evaluate the future demographic development of Linde Material Handling's workforce from a business perspective and to manage the development in terms of a successful transfer of knowledge and experience and a suitable personnel structure. The outcome of the project is to provide a practicable tool for integrating a demography-oriented human resources strategy.

Procedure:

The objectives of the project result in two modules that build on each other:

monetary evaluation system and

strategic and operational control system.

The evaluation system enables an analysis of the monetary effects of demographic development in the company, while the control system maps strategic and operational targets with regard to the management of the company in age-differentiated issues.
The combination of valuation and control system allows to determine the positioning of Linde Material Handling regarding demographic development and its implications.

Duration:

The project "Age-differentiated work systems - integration into Linde Material Handling Management" was successfully processed in the period between 06/2008 and 12/2010.
