Objective:

The project "Age-differentiated work systems - A business valuation and reference model" deals with the question of how the relationships between the demographic development of the workforce and business success can be modeled. In particular, the focus is on the question of how individual measures can be monetarily valued in maintaining the performance of employees even at an advanced age. The goal of age-differentiated work is to productively employ an employee over his or her entire working life in an economically sustainable and profitable manner.

Procedure:

In order to achieve this goal and ensure its realization, the project establishes a connection between individual, concrete measures, business calculations and a company-specific design concept (process and organizational integration).

Duration:

The "ADA project" was successfully implemented in the period between 03/2006 and 2/2007.
