Dr. Daniel Jeffrey Koch

Career

Daniel Jeffrey Koch studied business administration from 2000 to 2004, specialising in international management, organisation & human resources, service management and marketing at the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena, the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and the Ecole Superieure des Sciences Commerciale d'Angers (ESSCA) in Budapest. He then worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Innovation and Technology Management at the University of Kassel. There he wrote his doctoral thesis on "Internationalisation of Technological Service Innovations in the Capital Goods Industry".

Under the direction of Prof. Dr. Marion A. Weissenberger-Eibl, Daniel Jeffrey Koch worked as a project manager at the Competence Center Innovation and Technology Management and Foresight of the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI and was in charge of the business area Management of Innovations and Technologies until the end of 2012.

He worked as a research assistant for the institute management and as a project manager at the Fraunhofer ISI from the beginning of 2013 until September 2015. From October 2015 to May 2018, he worked at Fraunhofer IAIS in the field of "Innovation and Technology Management".

Since June 2018, he is working at NORMA Group.
